Hi, My name is Carl Powell, Jr. and I've been a Sales Manager with one of the largest Air and Water purification companies for over 17 years. During that time, I've worked on just about every product that these companies have made and know what goes wrong and how to fix it. Now, my son, Carl Powell III is also working in the business with me and brings his knowledge of computers, the internet, and business to assist with organizing and shipping. In assisting my customers, I found that finding parts was difficult for a lot of people, that's why I'm offering all these parts for sale. | Shipping Policy | We ship via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and First Class International Mail. Some times we will ship via UPS for larger boxes. We now provide shipping dates and tracking information on all our packages. Remember that it sometimes takes up to 48 hours for the items to show up in the system. The email we send you is generated at the time we put the label on your package. It is possible that your package may not be mailed until the following day. |

| Return Policy | We will gladly allow you to return an item that either does not fit, or does not fix your unit. However, due to the wear on them during this additional handling, and the shipping involved, we charge a 20% Restocking fee on all returns. Returns should be discussed with us and approved before you send them to assure credit for them. Returns are not accepted after 30 days. If we ever ship you the WRONG part, we will glady allow you to return it for the right part with no restocking fee. |
